Statlig reguleringsplan

national definition:

Reguleringsplan som er utarbeidet kommunalt på anmodning fra departementet eller som er initiert og forestått av departementet selv.

En statlig reguleringsplan er underlagt tilsvarende bestemmelser for utarbeidelse og behandling som en ordinær (kommunal) reguleringsplan, se denne. Departementet inntar imidlertid kommunestyrets instruksjonsmyndighet overfor det faste utvalg for plansaker, se dette.

Centrally prepared zoning plan

english definition:

Zoning plan (cf.) prepared by the Municipality after ministerial request and on behalf of the Ministry, or Zoning plan initiated by and prepared om behalf of the Ministry itself.

Rules and regulation for the preparation and handling of ordinary (municipal) zoning plans apply also for the ministerial ordered plans. However, the Ministry will act in lieu of the Municipal Council as regards the authority to instruct the Standing Committee for Planning Matters (cf.).
