Measure of the degree of plot exploitation recommended in the Subordinate legalization of the Planning and Building Act.
Permitted floor-space area for use is the maximum permitted gross indoor area suitable for use, adjusted for the height of ceilings and denoted in square meter without regard to the site area, cf. Built-up density.
