Stan określany planem, który zakłada się osiągnąć w wyniku realizacji planu. Można wyznaczać cele bliskie - realizowane w ciągu kilku lat, cele perspektywiczne - realizowane w ciągu kilkunastu lat lub cele kierunkowe - wskazujące stan, do którego zamierza się dążyć.

Planning Purpose

A state defined as a plan, which is to be reached through the execution of the plan. One can define close goals - executed within several years, long-term goals - executed within a dozen or so years or final goals - indicating the state to be reached.
