Prognoza skutków wpływu ustaleń planu na środowisko przyrodnicze

Pozbawione mocy normatywnej opracowanie wymagane przy sporządzaniu miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego. Prognoza dotyczy takich zagadnień jak: ochrona zdrowia mieszkańców, zachowanie obiektów cennych przyrodniczo, ochrona różnorodności biologicznej i inne oraz zawiera: analizę stanu środowiska przyrodniczego i ocenę możliwych jego przekształceń pod wpływem realizacji postanowień planu, analizę ochrony zasobów naturalnych, w tym rolniczej przestrzeni produkcyjnej o obszarowo wyjątkowych walorach przyrodniczych, ocenę wpływu proponowanych rozwiązań na stan zdrowia ludności, ocenę ładu przestrzennego, ocenę układu transportowego oraz inne oceny wynikające z przedmiotu ustaleń planu, dla którego jest sporządzana.

Environmental Impact Assessment of a Plan

Study, divested of normative effect, required in the process of making the local spatial management plan. Assessment concerns issues as follows: health protection of the inhabitants, preservation of valuable nature objects, biodiversity preservation and others, and contains: analysis of the environmental status and the evaluation of its possible transformation due to execution of the plan provisions, analysis of natural resources protection, including the agricultural productive space of exceptional environmental values, estimation of the impact of the proposed solutions on the health condition of the inhabitants, evaluation of the spatial order, evaluation of the transportation system as well as other estimations resulting from the subject of the agreed plan for which it is made.
