Rozstrzygnięcia, warunki, zasady i standardy określone w tekście i odniesione do rysunku miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego stanowiącego treść uchwały rady gminy. Obowiązują jako akty prawa miejscowego osoby prawne i fizyczne, działające na obszarze gminy. Są podstawą wydawania decyzji administracyjnych, w szczególności warunków zabudowy i zagospodarowania terenu.

Plan Provisions

Decisions, conditions, rules and standards defined in the text and referred to the drawing of the local spatial management plan constituting the content of the resolution of the Commune Council. The above mentioned are binding as acts of local law for both legal and natural persons acting within the area of the Commune. They are the basis for issuing administrative decisions, especially those concerning the conditions of building-up and managing an area.
