Wniosek do planu

Propozycja składana do miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego zarówno przed jak i po ogłoszeniu lub zawiadomieniu o uchwale rady gminy o przystąpieniu do sporządzania planu. Osoby, których wnioski nie zostały uwzględnione w projekcie planu muszą zostać o tym pisemnie zawiadomione przez zarząd gminy, łącznie z uzasadnieniem odmowy uwzględnienia w planie ich wniosków.

Application to a Plan

Proposal made to the local spatial management plan both before and after the announcement or notification about the resolution of the commune council starting to work on drawing up a plan. Persons whose applications/motions have not been taken into consideration in the project plan must be informed about that in a written form by the commune board, including the reasons for the refusal of implementing their requests in the plan.
