Мониторинг качества окружающей среды

Законодательством РФ приняты обязательные стандарты качества окружающей среды. Основные стандарты устанавливают экологические и производственные нормативы (предельно допустимые нагрузки, выбросы, концентрации вредных веществ, параметры защитных зон). Вспомогательные стандарты устанавливают терминологию, методы, контроля, организационные требования и пр. Мониторинг качества окружающей среды ведется Государственным комитетом по охране окружающей среды, Министерством природных ресурсов РФ, Министерством здравоохранения.

Auxiliary standards establish terminology, methods of control, organizational requirements. Environmental monitoring is performed by the State Committee on environment protection, Ministry of natural resources, Ministry of public health.
