Резервирование земель осуществляется публичными органами для общественных нужд. Термин относится как к общественным, так и к частным владениям (акт резервирования дает право публичному органу на выкуп земельного участка). Действующее законодательство о резервировании неполно: отсутствует процедура принятия решений, кроме указания, что решения должны приниматься на основе документов территориального планирования.

Land reservation is carried out by public bodies for public needs. Term refers both to public land and to private one (reservation act gives to public body the right of private lot redemption). Current legislation on the land reservation is not complete, once procedure of taking decisions on reservation is not established, save necessity to base such decisions on the adopted territorial planning documents.
