Особо охраняемые природные территории (ООПТ)

Согласно Земельному кодексу РФ и природоохранному законодательству ООПТ включают природные заповедники, памятники природы, ботанические сады, национальные парки, дендропарки, ботанические сады, территории, используемые малочисленными этносами, курорты. На ООПТ исключена любая деятельность, связанная с негативным воздействием. Для особо охраняемых природных территорий (за исключением курортов) градостроительные регламенты не устанавливаются. Регионы вправе устанавливать ООПТ.

According to RF Land Code and nature protection legislation natural areas under special protection include state nature preserves, natural landmarks, national parks, dendrology parks, botanical gardens, natural areas used by original scanty ethnic groups, as well as areas of resorts. Within natural areas under special protection is forbidden any activity causing negative impact on natural complexes. For natural areas under special protection (save resorts) land use and development code (zoning ordinance) is not provided. Regions may reserve lands for their attribution as natural areas under special protection.
