Предметами согласования предложений по территориальному планированию являются негативное воздействие на объекты или территории, находящиеся под ответственностью иных публичных уровней. Федеральные предложения должны направляться только в затронутые решениями регионы, региональные и муниципальные предложения - во все затрагиваемые административные территории (прилегающие и внутренние), а также в федеральные исполнительные органы, ответственные за соответствующие объекты федерального значения.
