Arrende

Arrende är en rätt att mot vederlag nyttja mark med eller utan byggnader. Upplåtelsetiden för arrende är begränsad. Inom område med detaljplan är ett arrende bindande högst 25 år och utanför sådant område i högst 50 år. Bestämmelserna rörande arrende är till stor del tvingande till fördel för den som arrenderar (arrendatorn).

Land lease is a right to use land with or without buildings against compensation. The lease time for a land lease is limited. In an area covered by a detailed development plan a land lease is valid for a maximum of 25 years and outside such an area for a maximum of 50 years. The regulations concerning land lease are imperative largely to the benefit of the leaseholder (tenant).
