Exploateringssamverkan

Om det med hänsyn till bebyggelseutvecklingen är angeläget att i ett sammanhang ställa i ordning mark för bebyggelse och utföra sådana anordningar som behövs för bebyggelsen kan en kommun besluta om att exploateringssamverkan får ske. Sådant beslut meddelas genom detaljplan eller områdesbestämmelser och regleras av lagen om exploateringssamverkan (ESL).
Exploateringssamverkan innebär att ägare till fastigheter inom det område som berörs av iordningställandet går samman för att vidta de åtgärder som behövs.

This decision is notified in a detailed development plan or in area regulations and is regulated by the law on joint land development (ESL)
Joint land development means that owners of real property within the area affected by this associate to undertake the measures needed.
