Även samfälligheter och servitut kan bildas, ändras eller upphävas genom fastighetsreglering. Fastighetsreglering handläggs av lantmäterimyndigheter. Joint property units and easements can also be formed, changed or annulled through reallotment. Reallotment is done by the land survey authorities.
