En gemensamhetsanläggning är en anläggning som är gemensam för flera fastigheter och inrättas genom förättning enligt anläggningslagen. Exempel på denna typ av anläggning är garage, tvättstuga, lekplats, gemensamt grönområde, väg, värmeanläggning. Ändamålet för anläggningen måste vara av stadigvarande betydelse för ingående fastigheter. Gemensamhetsanläggningarna finns redovisade i fastighetsregistret och betecknas med "ga".

english definition:

A joint facility is a facility shared by several properties and is established by a cadastral procedure in accordance with the Joint Facilities Act. Examples of this type of facility are: garage, laundry room/building, play-ground, shared green area, road, heating facility. The purpose of the facility must be of permanent importance for the properties included. Joint facilities are presented in the real property register using the abbreviation "ga".
