Genomförandebeskrivningen är obligatorisk vid upprättande av en detaljplan. Beskrivningen har ingen egen rättsverkan.
Genomförandebeskrivningen skall redovisa de organisatoriska, tekniska, ekonomiska och fastighetsrättsliga åtgärder som behövs för ett samordnat och även i övrigt ändamålsenligt genomförande av detaljplanen.

The implementation report is compulsory when drawing up a detailed development plan. The report is not legally binding.
The implementation report must account for the organisational, technical and economic measures, as well as the legal measures relating to the property, that are necessary for a coordinated and otherwise appropriate implementation of the detailed development plan.
