The Code of Land Laws forms part of the Statute Book of Sweden, containing centrally determined rules on real property. The code contains general regulations on what is to be included in the legal term of real property (real estate). It also includes rules on purchase, mortgage, rent, lease, easement and site leasehold rights. The Code of Land Laws is connected to the Environmental Code.
