Registerkartan är en karta som hör till fastighetsregistret. Kartan visar de fastigheter, samfälligheter, rättigheter och planförhållanden som upptas i registret. Skala är ofta 1:10 000 eller inom tätorter 1:2 000 eller större.

Registerkartan innehåller

  • Fastighetsindelning: gränser och beteckningar m.m.
  • Rättigheter: gemensamhetsanläggningar, ledningsrätter och servitut.
  • Planer och bestämmelser: detaljplaner, naturreservat, strand skydd, täkttillstånd, fornlämningar m.m.

Kartan täcker hela landet utom fjällområdet och inom vissa kommuner. Informationen ajourhålls löpande. Med vissa undantag finns informationen digitalt.

Cadastral index map

english definition:

The cadastral index map is a map that forms part of the cadastre (real property register). The map shows real property, joint property, rights and planning conditions that are included in the cadastre. The scale is often 1:10000, or in localities 1:2000 or greater.

The Index Map and its contents:

  • Division into real property units: for example boundaries and designations.
  • Rights: jointly owned facilities, utility easements and other easements.
  • Plans and restrictions: for example detailed development plans, nature reserves, shoreline protection areas, quarry and gravel pit permits and ancient sites and monuments.

The map has nationwide coverage except for the mountain areas and within certain municipalities. The information is continuously updated and is also, for the most part, available in digital form.
